After the lucky project with the guys from Minimalrome, Truckstop76th
is back with a new split ep. This time the other artist involved is
Valerio Maina, a young producer from Rome that delivers two tracks
with heavy rhythms and deep bassllines. 'Freaks of the night' is the
opening tracks realized with the aggressive vocals of Shadowbitch and
it's a great mixture of electronic disco and acid house. Then it
starts 'Taxx Baxx' and its crispy opening synth. A solid beat support
the bassline and the game is done for your pleasure on the floor! On
the other side Sevenstysix, after a lot of good tracks, finally
delivers their masterpiece. 'Clock generator' is the perfect acid
techno track: great rhythm with a lot of changes of hi hat, a solid
bass and various other bassline sequencers contribute to create an
amazing evolution of tension, emotion and joy that won't give you any
possibilty once you were trapped by it. Incredible track. Then the
12" finish with 'SEM Traumnovelle', a mesmerizing piece of electronic
dance music with spooky chords and hypnotic delays. Fantastic release.
